smbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. smbet shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond smbet's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude smbet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
